Dear Brother and gift of Love's/God's Good heart/Spirit! I see the Good and beautiful Holy Spirit Of God in you, Frank. I am so humbled and blessed to have God answered my prayera and given me such a brother, friend and one so like-minded...who shares many of the same kinds of troubles, challenges and; fights the lie/fear that slanders and accuses you (us) because it hates  what God so Loves! And that is us--and all Creation...that lie/fear never created eanything! Only god creates, Even when the lie tries to make it look harsh and ugly, i guarnatee you, Frannk, my friend, YOU ARE THE FIRST AND THE BEST GIFT THAT OUR LOVE-PURPOSED AND ALL-GOOD PURPSOED AND WILLED CREATOR/SAVER AND GIVER OF ONLY AND ALL GOOD THINGS. How else could you even know and be aware of any thing about anything.... God is the only source and Giver of any and everthing there is! ha ha. We have nothing to give Him except to trust and believe in the Loving-tender-hearted goodness and ultra-intimate personal rrelationship and Love He has for you (each of us--to Him, who is omniccient, Almighty, in Love's infinite power, and All presnt, and made each of us the MOST BeLoved and Uniquely priceless beLoved individuals we are and though you can't expain it in human terms, he Loves you more than He Loves any other when He Loves Frank... While still Loving all Creation with infinite Love.... I KNOW this is true!.).

Frank, your prayers for me are blessing me an I know mine are you; because Love/God put us together here to use and grow-mature our spirits by Loving each other in getting our minds off of the lie/fear--the worries and slanders; the irritating little and bug lies he tells us about ourselves and any and every good and wonderfull thing that God in His perfect Love gives and sends us! Christ desstroyed it's power 2000 some  years ago, but it can still lie and try share it;s fear....unless we keep praying for praiseful and thankful attiudes 24/7-Love ya bro!

hey, Frank: I'm real sorry the day was so rough for you... i am praying and petitioning God for you to give you every exact thing you need--and not neccesarily to quit smoking 'right this minute,' but in every area of your life that He sees as most important now. i know you are full of the Love of God, and like me, I believe you need His directions on believing that more fo youself and loving Fank moe in the right way too!
