How Do i grow the Spirit within me, consistently
Can someone please explain to me what it really means to practice the presence of God?

What a wonderful question !
I see by your question that you have a desire for more then what life has given you so far , desire is paramount .
Ask your self this , who put the desire there to start with ? God starts out as a seed in us and that seed is akin to a desire !!!!!!!!
Now , spend some time every day just focusing on the desire and it will grow your seed/His seed that is in you !!!
Now , if you get stuck on feelings of condemnation or anything negative in your life , that is an area that was passed down by man , not God , ignore it , its not real , love/God is the only thing that is real .
As you focus daily and grow in love/God you will GRADUALLY see all the negative fall off of you by themselves with no effort what soever . Not by might , nor power , but by my Spirit .
Is it to simple an answer ? It was never meant to be complicated , man made it complicated .

Thanks Frank, so what you are saying is that if there is a present health challenge i should begin saying and listening to messages talking about God or Spirit. Or what would you do if there was a situation of health Challenge,that they doctors say is incurreable. Could you Please advise me on this.

You are in the Hands of the most Loving , kindest , gentlest Creator . You don't have to do anything to be in His love !You are well , You are well with God and you are well with all of us . We can not see you as sick , only as Christ , only as whole and well . I know it sounds radical . But you have to know that no matter what happens you already are and will always be in Gods hands and that He has a plan for you . No doctor has final authority on your outcome . Its like you see what they are saying , but is it the truth ? My wife has been told she has M.S. , I refuse to label her , I only see her as whole , whole regardless of circumstances . And I believe that . I f we went by what we see , none of us would believe in God . Try to relax if you can and just try to enjoy your life , you don't have to do anything , maybe just have a little Faith that everything will be alright , okay !!
We here are going to see you as well , and we will be here for you anytime you need us .

I really don't understand,does it mean that the messages of the spirit through gary that i am presently listening to will not help me come to the realization of this truth. or how can i come to that realization.

Listening to anointed messages no matter who they come from will nourish and strengthen your spirit. Just know that as you continue to seek Him He will lead and guide you into all truth. It is important to not dwell on the negative. Do your best to focus your mind on spiritual things. You cannot fail in God. You may make some mistakes but you will be OK

Yes Gary is absolutely right ! I just meant that God already loves you , that you don't have to earn His love , its already given , to all !!!! And like Gary said , don't focus on negative , focus on the spiritual !! Focus on the fact that God only sees you as perfect already , focus on the fact that He will never hold you accountable for mistakes , past , present and future , and that He knows that with time you will grow in love for all and for Him our Father , and that is all He cares about !!! Focus on Gary's messages , they are very good . And when you make a mistake , don't dwell on it , its okay .

Thank you Gary, I have just started confessing I am one with the Spirit of God, and have made a recording of it so i can keep listening to it while i sleep and go about. I have also chosen to separate myself from everyone to stay at a retreat place in the U.k, where i can keep feeding my spirit with these words. Am i on track as i need some guidance please.

God, in his never ending love and patience, allowed me to coast along many years experiencing spiritual ups and downs. I was in one of those downs that God brought me to see that I could not clean myself up. I had a few things dogging me that I couldn't get rid of no matter how much I tried. Finally, in exasperation, I appealed to God, "Lord, this is the way I am and all I can do is lay myself completely open to you. You know the deepest parts of my mind and soul better than I. You know my very thoughts and my sincerity and only you can dig down into my inner being and cleanse me." Psalms 51:2 (KJV) Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin: 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Right then and there it was like a heavy weight was lifted from my shoulder. That was the end of my struggles for righteousness. Jesus was right when he said that his yoke was lite.
God showed me how to put my trust in Him.
Every day is a learning experience for me. I could write a book about the things God has done in my life.
